Curd bath

Curd bath (TV) is in manual mode. The bath consists of a control panel, an internal bath, a heat exchange jacket enclosed in a heat-insulating shell and an outer lining, and a drain valve DN80mm. Heating and subsequent ripening of the product occurs due to the operation of the heating elements or the steam generator by means of a heat carrier (water, steam) and the transfer of thermal energy to the internal bath, it is shielded by thermal insulation from the outside. Pipes for supplying a coolant, to which water (steam) is supplied through the pipeline, are removed from the cavity of the shirt. A pipe for draining water from the interwall space is brought down. An overflow pipe serves to maintain a constant water level in the inter-wall space. All parts in contact with the product are made of corrosion-resistant steel grades approved for use in the food industry.
