In the traditional method of smoking smoke from smoldering wood chips, a mixture of smoke and fresh air enters the chamber directly from the smoke generator, in liquid smoke systems, a liquid smoke concentrate is mixed with air by injection through nozzles with compressed air. VEMAG liquid smoke systems are designed in such a way that when the smoke aerosol is already mixed, homogeneous particles of the same size are formed, which ensure the absorption transfer of smoke to the product.
