Glass Inverter

They are used in the final operations of the production of glass containers at glass packaging plants and are designed to turn wide-necked glass containers (glass jars) upside down and remove possible unwanted particles from the internal cavity, including glass ones, by blowing it with clean air. It is possible to use the machine for cleaning the inner cavity of narrow-necked glass containers (glass bottles). Principle of work: The inlet conveyor picks up glass containers and gives it to the main conveyor of the machine, which carries out the upside down glass containers. Shop air passes through the filter and enters under pressure into the cavity of the glass container through special nozzles. The blown particles accumulate in a removable pan. After passing through a series of nozzles, the glass container is turned over by the machine to its normal position and issued back into the line by a discharge conveyor. Inlet and outlet conveyors, as well as a machine control system are included in the delivery. Advantages: The machine is simply attached to a working line. No need to cut the main conveyor and stop production. Main characteristics: cleaning the inner cavity of glass containers; application at the final stage of production of glass containers.
