Dough mixer

Designed for kneading dough for lamb products and other varieties of floury confectionery products in the bakery, confectionery industry. It can be used in dumpling shops. The machine consists of a bed, a rotary kneading trough (bowl), two kneading bodies, a hinged lid fixed to the bed with a loading window, a mechanism for turning the trough up to 120 degrees, a drive unit, an electric motor, and a control panel.
