Designed for uniform processing of frozen and chilled meat with temperatures up to -15 ° C. The primary grinding in the top is carried out by two screws equipped with cutters with reinforced cutting edges, which capture and grind frozen pieces of meat and feed it to the cutting set, where further grinding is performed. PAL tops work automatically, the feeding screw located perpendicular to the cutting set gives qualitatively crushed products. The screw speed can be adjusted to avoid overheating or smearing of the product. The auger has three speeds: low for hard frozen raw materials, medium for fresh raw materials and high for large holes on the grill. Smooth surfaces and a removable auger make cleaning easy.
