Dosing machine (dispenser)

Dosing machines (dispensers) are designed for semi-automatic dosing (filling) of liquid and semi-viscous products, it is widely used by enterprises for the production of various food products. Description of the production process: The operator manually sets empty containers for filling (on the dispenser or on an additional conveyor connected to the dispenser). The second stage consists in filling the dosing unit (receiving hopper) and the working cylinder with products - after turning on the dispenser duty cycle (by pressing the pedal or turning on the start button, etc.), the final stage is dosing (filling) of the product into the container set by the operator (prevention is provided ingress of dose residues onto the outer surface of the container - special valve). The filled container is removed, a new one is set - and the working cycle is repeated. The standard dosing (filling) cycle is 4-8 seconds.
