SEYDELMANN mixing tops are used for grinding raw materials and mixing minced meat. In the receiving funnel of the top there is a two-blade mixing mechanism. Coarse raw materials are loaded into the hopper, mixed with spices, then passed through a cutting mechanism. If additional grinding is not required, the top can work as a mixer, from which the stuffing is discharged through the screw without grinding. Two independently switchable axes of the mixer rotate in the forward and reverse direction with two speeds. It is possible to program time intervals, direction of rotation, total operating time. The location of the blades eliminates damage and squeezing of the meat, providing high-quality mixing.
