Minced meat portioning lines REX MC 3-3 + RHP 240

The minced meat portioning line was developed by REX for use in industrial plants and takes into account all possible production requirements. The modular system can be easily and quickly adapted to the specific production of the customer. This feature makes the REX portioning line an optimal production solution, and allows to improve the quality of minced meat. Modules for mounted tops MC 3-1 and MC 3-3 can be used with various options for cutting sets. The shape and size of the lattice in MS 3-3 are agreed with the customer individually and depend on the size of the molded products. The width of the product can be from 60 to 220 mm with different grain sizes. There is also the possibility of using a special grill, for example, for portioning chevapchichi in several rows on paper. It is also possible to connect a separator to the solids top of the MC 3-1 nozzle. Opening times can be adjusted in the syringe control program.
