Tank for melting chocolate and chocolate glaze

Z-series melting tanks are designed for melting and maintaining a small volume of the product in the molten state and subsequent overloading or transferring to enrobing or tempering machines. The heating of chocolate is carried out in a tank (with a volume of 60 - 80 kg), heated in a water bath. A special fluid circulating in a closed circuit is used. The tank is equipped with a stirrer for constant mixing of the product. The tank can be equipped with an AISI 304 steel case vane pump (model Z60ET) for chocolate recirculation and feeding to enrobing machines.
