Skinning for cattle pass

The whole skinning machine with scaffolds is attached to the floor. Skinning works on the principle of winding the skin onto a drum with its own drive. Proper fastening of the front limbs of the cattle and the angle of the chains allows you to tear the skin without breaking it, as well as fracture of the spine. Two people are needed for proper skinning. Skinning works on two permanent platforms. The platforms can be equipped with a washbasin and a knife sterilizer.
