The equipment is designed for cutting a wide variety of products into strips, cubes or slices; it is widely used for slicing layers of wet seaweed, meat, fish, various vegetables and other wide assortment of food products. Such slicers are used by food enterprises for the industrial production of vegetable salads, seafood salads, various semi-finished meat dishes, fish preserves and other food products. The product is laid on a conveyor belt and fed to a knife block, where it is longitudinally sliced, after which the product shredded into strips is fed to a circular knife, where it is cut across. The conveyor motor and the disk knife motor are equipped with their own speed variators, which allows you to set them an individual rotation speed, thereby adjusting the length of the product slicing and productivity.
