The Voskhod-TD-7 industrial small-sized dough dividing machine is intended for “careful” dividing dough into blanks of the same weight: - from rye-wheat flour, with rye flour content up to 50%, humidity not more than 50%, except for custard varieties; - from wheat flour with a moisture content of 40%, as well as a moisture content of 37% with a sugar and fat content of at least 12%. It is used for the production of small bakery products. It is recommended for operation in small factories, bakeries, confectionery shops, and small-piece production sites. The dough dividing machine provides high accuracy of dividing dough prepared using unpaired, double and accelerated methods of dough preparation. The dough divider is designed for manual loading of the hopper. The height of the conveyor allows the dough divider to work together with the dough rounders Voskhod-TO-4, Voskhod-TO-5.
