Dough dividers “Voskhod-TD-3M” are designed for “careful” and accurate dividing of dough into workpieces of the same weight: - from rye-wheat flour with rye flour content up to 50%, humidity not more than 50%, with the exception of custard varieties - from wheat flour humidity from 40%, as well as dough moisture from 37% with a sugar and fat content of at least 12%. They are used for the production of: shaped and hearth bread of bakery products, including small-sized ones. The dough dividing machine is recommended for operation as part of production lines, at sites for the production of a wide range of high-quality products at the bakery industry.
