Pectin solvent is a container made of stainless steel with a stirrer. From above the container is closed by a lid consisting of two halves. The back of the lid is fixedly attached to the tank body, on which the water flow meter unit with an electromagnetic valve is installed, which serves to supply water to the tank, the numerical value of which is set on the controller of the control panel panel. Two nozzles for product inlet and detergent supply are also fixed on this cover. The front lid has the ability to recline and is equipped with a hatch with its hinged small lid for loading ingredients into the container. Design features of the pectin solvent: The tank is equipped with a water jacket that serves to maintain a constant temperature. The coolant level is monitored using a level sensor. The temperature of the coolant and the product are measured using two temperature sensors installed on the tank. Mixing of the product in the tank is carried out using a frame mixer and a pump. The pump provides recirculation of the product and its transfer to a further technological operation. Advantages: the whole structure and units are placed on one rack; at the bottom there is a drain valve for draining water after sanitation; for visual control of the degree of dissolution, there is an inspection flask on the pipeline and a sampling valve.
