The machine for blowing candy bodies is designed to remove molding material from the surface of the product. The machine consists of the following basic units: Vibration tray. Blowing conveyor. Blowing chamber. Cyclone unloader. Fan. Duct system. The machine can be equipped with a compressor, which is installed separately. Products molded into starch are manually fed to a mesh vibratory tray, where under the influence of vibrational forces an oscillatory directional movement of the product is performed, in which excess starch located on the product bodies is removed. From the vibratory tray, the products fall onto a continuously moving belt of the blowing conveyor. The conveyor is designed to remove starch remaining on the enclosures. Blowing products occurs in the blowing chamber. The starch located in the blower chamber is sucked in by the fans and settles in the unloader cyclone.
