Foodmate's OPTI anatomical leg butcher is designed to anatomically cut the back of the saddle and separate the whole leg. The unique design of the machine provides a consistent trajectory of the saddle. The legs are torn from the dorsal part and there is no need to twist the dorsal part from the joints of the thigh, stretching the dorsal part and legs, which increases production. The machine allows you to work with different sizes of birds, while maintaining the optimal anatomical incision, requiring minimal settings or doing without them at all.
