Front carcass cutting module

Foodmate front carcass clipping equipment cuts the sternum off the dorso-scapular carcass. The equipment provides an optimal result with minimal loss of brisket meat and is easily tuned to various carcass sizes. Foodmate's front carcass clipping equipment is designed for the partial processing of poultry, mainly broilers. The process is carried out when broilers suspended on an overhead conveyor are pulled through a shaft. Protective covers for circular saws also serve as foot guides, which set the broilers in a position convenient for cutting. The height of the machine is adjusted to the size of the broilers by spindle rotation.
