CFT Sterilizer Olimpic SR Series - Scraper Heat Exchanger

Olimpic SR is an indirect scraper heat exchanger (SSHE), designed to process food products that tend to form sediments, contain solid ingredients in pieces, or have a high viscosity and a thick consistency. The heat exchanger consists of a rotating cylinder shaft with scraper blades, which is placed in the outer jacket, where the heating or cooling fluid circulates. The product flows in the space between the rotating shaft and the outer jacket, while heating and cooling fluids circulate through the outer jacket in the opposite direction to the product. Scraper blades mounted on the shaft guarantee continuous movement of even the thickest liquids and remove possible deposits that may form on the heat exchange surface.
