Sterilizer CFT Olimpic FT-LL / AL— “tube bundle”

Olimpic FT-LL / AL is a sterilizer suitable for aseptic packaging of both liquid food products and products with low consistency and low viscosity. A thermal cycle to obtain such a product is made possible by a tube bundle of heat exchangers, which are a set of tubes in an outer jacket. The product flows through pipes, while heating and cooling fluids move along the outer jacket in the opposite direction to the product. The process also allows you to store the product for a long time at room temperature, and the installation control is fully automatic.
