The HVF 670 syringe without a batching attachment produces filling and portioning for all types of ham extremely quickly, efficiently and accurately. The properties of the product during the processing of large whole muscle pieces, including whole rumps / sashes, are unparalleled and establish completely new quality criteria in the processing of cooked ham. Individual parts are accurately portioned and stored in the form of whole muscle pieces. In combination with excellent air removal using high vacuum technology, a first-class product is produced without air inclusions or helium deposits.
