The dough forming machine is designed for molding dough pieces of the "baguette" type up to 650 mm long from pre-distance rounded dough pieces. The workpiece through the loading hole of the front plate enters the gap between the rolling rollers, rolls into a pancake with a thickness of 6-14 mm (depending on weight), which lies on the inclined branch of the belt carrying the conveyor and enters under the rolling device. Being under the flexible tape of the rolling device, the pancake is rolled into a roll and enters the gap between the vertical branch of the carrier conveyor and the rolling conveyor, the belts of which move in opposite directions at different speeds. The size of the slit decreases in the direction of movement of the workpieces. Moving down and at the same time rotating around its axis, the roll rolls up. The size of the gap between the conveyor and roll conveyor belts depends on the mass of the dough piece. Rolled dough pieces on the chipper and the table roll onto the reception table.
