Designed for molding semi-finished products from rounded dough pieces for the manufacture of: baguettes of wicker products such as challah products of the type bagel. The machine allows you to mold various types of dough pieces with a wide range of masses of a stable shape with the same dimensions and a smooth outer surface. It is recommended for operation as part of lines with a capacity of up to 1200 pcs./hour, equipped with both Voskhod equipment and other equipment, including leading European manufacturers. To obtain high-quality products, it is advisable to apply preliminary proofing of dough pieces after rounding.
