Aerator for confectionery masses Aeration-mixing complex (aerator of confectionery masses) is intended for mixing and saturation with purified air or nitrogen, homogenizing, foaming, giving “airiness”, maintaining the set temperature: biscuit, chocolate, marshmallow, cream masses of marshmallows cottage cheese desserts of various dairy products ice cream yogurt mousse wafer fillings, cream and other types of pastry masses. Aeration of the confectionery mass is a fundamentally new technology for the homogenization of the product under conditions of complete tightness, which: allows the production of new exclusive products; provides long shelf life of the product; improves the quality of the mass; increases the volume and plasticity of the mass, which helps to improve its morphogenesis and dosage accuracy. The confectionery aerator can, at the request of the customer, be equipped with additional equipment: a twin-roll mixer, which provides simultaneous mixing of the mass and its supply to the hopper; a twist mixer that allows you to get a mass of two colors.
