SM-2P marshmallow machines are designed to mix applesauce, egg white, syrup and other prescription ingredients and then knock off the marshmallow. The machine is equipped with a thermal shirt, which allows you to maintain optimal temperature during mixing and knocking. Parts in contact with the products are made of stainless steel. They can also be used for knocking down and mixing other confectionery masses that are similar in physical and mechanical properties. The initial components are placed in the machine body, the electric motor is turned on. After 10-12 minutes, the downed mass is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
