The versatile BXM is ideal for skinning tall and flat pieces of meat. The processed material does not need to be aligned when laying on the conveyor. By automatically lowering the feed conveyor in conjunction with a new design clamping device, the material being processed is optimally pulled under the knives, without using the usual automation of the first leveling slice. Excellent skinning is done from any piece, such as pork shoulder with and without bone, pork cheek with and without cut, salted, cured or smoked ham. Models in the BXM series are available in 434, 554 and 754 mm cutting widths.
