The fully automatic film stripping machine SR500A is designed to remove film from round pieces of pork (e.g. nut, beef, upper ham, tail ball, muscle pieces, caviar) as well as pieces of beef and veal with a diameter of up to 90 mm. An important advantage of film removal on the SR500A is the consistently stable result of the film removal process, even at very high throughput rates. For example, in an hour, you can make a high-quality film removal with almost 3.000 kg of pork nut, with a minimum output rejection. The duration of the film removal process is individually programmed depending on the type of material being processed.
