The ESB 4434 skinning machine with feed conveyor is designed for continuous skinning of flat pieces of raw materials. The spring-loaded pinch roller automatically adjusts to the different heights of the pieces to be machined. In addition, in the manual mode, with the lid open, it is easy to remove the skin from round pieces, for example, scapula, ham and shanks. To do this, you just need to raise the pressure roller, fold the feed conveyor and set up a steel work table - all without tools! The processed piece of product exits the machine via the integrated discharge chute, and the ESB 4434/1 is equipped with a bypass conveyor. With the pinch roll raised and the feed conveyor folded down on the machine, it is easy to remove the skin from round lumpy products, such as ham, shovels and shanks. Manual processing is greatly facilitated by the attached metal table, which is installed on the reclined conveyor. Table setting is done without tools.
