Hamburger maker REX - a solution that provides the formation of products of round, oval or rectangular shape from various types of raw materials, without the use of manual labor. The molder is designed to be connected to all REX syringes of small and medium capacity. Connection and settings are quick and easy. Using a syringe, a predetermined portion of minced meat is fed into a mold, which, after filling, is displaced horizontally by means of a pneumatic cylinder and then pushed out. The replacement of various molding modules is made depending on the size of the mold simply, without the use of special tools. Thus, a quick product change is ensured. A device for portioning hamburgers is installed on the FB 100. After molding, the hamburgers are pushed onto a discharge conveyor, from which you can then remove the hamburgers manually. Optionally for sticky mincemeats, the hamburger portioning device can be equipped with a water spray. This ensures uninterrupted operation of the entire installation. The dimensions of the molds with a diameter of 60 - 130 mm and a height of 8 - 25 mm are selected by changing various molding plates.
