Sifter of the PVG-600M flour

The flour sifter is designed for loosening, aeration, sifting of raw materials, separation of ferromagnetic impurities. The flour sifter consists of a supporting frame, a receiving hopper, a sieve, an exhaust tray with a magnetic catcher of metal impurities and a power unit. Designed for loosening, aeration, screening of raw materials, separation of ferromagnetic impurities. The sieve is suspended from the frame on elastic suspensions, which allows it to move in a horizontal plane. The power unit contains an electric motor connected by a belt drive with a crank mechanism that converts the rotational movement of the motor shaft into reciprocating motion of the sieve. The unit is controlled by the “START” and “STOP” buttons. The flour sifter is equipped with a flexible power cable with a plug. A power outlet is also included. Screening is as follows. A bag of flour is installed on a support platform. The sifter is started by the “START” button. Flour in portions (8-10 kg) is loaded into the receiving hopper and poured through a sieve through a discharge tray into a pre-prepared container. At the end of the work, the sifter is switched off with the STOP button. All trapped impurities are periodically removed from the surface of the sieve with a brush.
