Flour sifter A2-KhPG

The sifters are designed to separate impurities from the flour used to prepare the dough. The sifter consists of a flour pipe, auger, hopper, magnetic catcher, base, magnetic starter and sifting drum. The flour pipe is a pipe, to the top of which an estrus is welded at an angle. Using the flange, the flour pipe is attached to the base of the unit. Inside the flour pipe there is a screw, which is a pipe with feathers welded on a helix. The screw is mounted on the shaft of the base support and is attached to the flour pipe with screws. The hopper of the unit is made of sheet steel and is a cylindrical container for flour. In the hopper is a cone-shaped funnel with an opening for the exit of flour. On top of the hopper is closed by a double-leaf lid. In the upper part of the hopper, a safety grill is fixed. A magnetic catcher is installed on the estrus duct and consists of three cast magnets with a constant structure. To clean the walls of the sieve from flour, a cleaner is provided. The base of the unit is a cast housing, on which the screw supports with a screening drum and a drive are installed. The screening drum has a cylindrical shape and consists of a base, a sieve and a ring.
