The PRM-1 flour sifter is intended for mechanical sifting, loosening and aeration of flour, as well as for cleaning flour from ferromagnetic particles. The method used allows you to air the flour to obtain softer and more homogeneous mixtures. After sifting, the flour can be fed directly into the capacity of the kneading dough machines. 1. The agitator does not allow the flour to hang in the hopper. 2. The eccentric provides reciprocating oscillation of the sieve. 3. The auger lifts the sifted flour through a vertical pipe to the place of unloading. If small metal inclusions are in the flour and they pass through a sieve, they will be detained by a magnetic trap on the discharge pipe. To clean the sieves, you must open one of the doors, slide the sieve box out of the rails and shake it out. For the convenience of moving the sifter, a wheel is provided that extends with a lever. Flour sifter is very easy to use, virtually maintenance-free, reliable.
