Flour sifter SEMZ MPE-1, 5 is used at the enterprises of the baking industry for continuous controlled sieving of wheat and rye flour. The model is equipped with rare earth magnets, the service life of which is 12 years from the date of manufacture of the flour sifter. The supply of flour occurs through the use of transport systems based on a flexible screw in the inlet pipe of the sifter. On the one hand, the electric motor rotates the sifter shaft, on the other hand, it rotates in the bearing support. Next, the flour is transferred using a screw to a sieve. The agitator rotates inside the sieve, giving the flour axial and radial movement relative to the sieve. At the exit of the sifter, magnets are installed that trap metal particles. The waste comes out through a pipe to which you can attach a bag to collect waste. For ease of maintenance, a lid is located in the upper part of the housing. A carbon steel mesh with a mesh size of 3 mm is supplied. At the request of the customer, the mesh size of the sieve and material can be changed, as well as the type of sieve per sheet perforated.
