The process of production of sugar cookies (such as Yubileinoe): the recipe mixture is prepared from liquid components and sugar. The technology for the production of sugar cookies involves preparing the recipe in a dough mixing machine, where suspended sugar (or powdered sugar), fat, (when feeding fat in blocks is pre-tempered at the temperature of the workshop) is fed milk or water, melange, condensed milk, invert syrup, salt.
