The company "Component Plus" is actively engaged in the repair and modernization of meat processing equipment. We are also actively developing our own production of new equipment. Since 2016, this direction has been separated into a separate division under its own brand name “RasKat” (RusCut). The RUHLE MR-65 shear cutter is mainly used for cutting bacon, although it can be used for dicing or chopping meat, vegetables, cheese, fish, fruits, poultry, boiled eggs and other non-frozen, boneless products, with high quality. The raw materials are stacked in the loading chamber manually. After loading, the camera closes while simultaneously separating the excess product. When you turn on the working piston begins to push the raw materials into the working area, where the cutting takes place. The cutting process occurs due to plate knives mounted on a special frame. Two frames with knives are installed crosswise relative to each other and, making reciprocating movements in perpendicular directions, produce a cut through the product. Cutting into cubes or slices is carried out by a cutting sickle-knife that rotates outside the frames.
