Filtered beer enters the forfas, from which it is fed to the bottling line. Previously, before serving beer, the necessary pressure of carbon dioxide is established in front-line. Beer is supplied to the front from below, while the necessary pressure is constantly maintained in it. To preserve carbon dioxide in the product, the temperature of beer supplied to forfas is maintained within the range of 0 - 0.5 degrees C. When stored with carbon dioxide, counter pressure is created. Under such pressure and temperature conditions, carbon dioxide storage is guaranteed and beer quality is improved. Structurally, forfas is a vertical cylindrical tank. Forfas cooling jacket is located on supports and is divided into several segments. Forfas is made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel using advanced technologies. Forfas kit may include: shutoff valves; safety valve; washing nozzles; temperature control; air supply pressure reducer; pressure gauge; level gauge.
