The unique system for the production of sausages "without shell" from VEMAG. The line consists of two syringes and a molding device. The alginate supplied as a shell from a single syringe uniformly covers with the same thickness the minced meat supplied from the second syringe. Alginates are composed of algae, greatly expanding the range of your product range. Sausages pleasantly "crunch" when bitten, and the cost of the casing significantly reduces production costs. Sausages can be served as a device for hanging sausages, and one per tape. Possible caliber: 10-32 mm.
