The line is designed for molding “Assorted” type chocolates, chocolate bars with and without filling, bars, as well as marmalade and fondant products filled with One-Shot technology. The filling ratio can range from 75 to 83% of the total weight of the product. One-shot technology allows you to mold a chocolate shell and filling in one injection. Inside the nozzle for supplying glaze is an internal nozzle for supplying the filling. The glaze and filling are fed into the mold at the same time, the chocolate and filling speeds are selected so that the glaze forms a shell, and the filling fills it from the inside.
