Center for the training of cheese makers for work on equipment of the company LLC Ice Water Generators. The center is equipped with a computer controlled ITEB-120Hitech cheese dairy, an isothermal shaper with a built-in cheddarized perforation (mazarella production), a salt pool with an integrated refrigeration unit, racks, and cameras with high humidity (Brie and Camembert cheese). Training is conducted in the city of Moscow, ul. Shchelkovskaya d. 100. Classes are held according to three curricula: the first - soft cheeses such as mazzarella, riccotta, Adyghe, suluguni, burato, filat pasta; the second - blue cheese - brie, camembert; the third - hard cheeses - masdam, roquefort.
