Pink pepper

Pink pepper is a mixture of the fruits of two types of bus. Their berries in shape and a little in taste resemble the pepper we used to be familiar with peas, for which they got their name. The taste of the berries definitely has a sour note, and their reddish-pink color makes them look like cranberries. Fresh pepper berries have almost nothing to taste with the taste of pepper, they do not have a burning taste, and a little sweetish. Rather, the aftertaste may remain as after eating ginger root. There is an admixture of a hint of menthol and anise, and a slightly tarry aroma is felt. In general, pink pepper is very difficult and very unusual as a spice.
