Gum Arabic Quick Gum 8048 is mixed with a small amount of sugar, dispersed in water, heated and the rest of the sugar added. Bring the solution to a boil. The mass fraction of solids of the syrup should be about 70%. Cases are treated with a warm or hot solution of Gum Arabic Quick Gum 8048. Packing 25 kg box.
