Carrageenan Marine®65 is a specially developed product based on refined carrageenans, designed to create brine systems in meat processing. It is used as a stabilization agent in the production of whole-muscle and restructured meat products, gourmet products from poultry and fish. It has a low syneresis and gives a good density to the product. It is soluble in cold water, does not form viscous solutions. Hydration: 1: 70-80 Recommended dosages: 0.4 - 0.9% depending on the desired product structure
