Universal mini rotary convection ovens are designed for baking shaped and hearth varieties of bread from wheat and rye flour, baguettes, bakery and confectionery products. Thanks to the rotation of the trolley, more uniform baking of products is achieved compared to conventional convection ovens. Modifications of furnaces operating on natural gas, electricity and liquid fuel are produced. The furnace works with technological trolleys from 6 to 12 levels, depending on the baked products. Mini rotary oven “Baby” is equipped with a proofer for 14, 16 or 18 levels, depending on the needs of the customer. A modern system for blowing billets (4 rows of blinds) ensures the maximum possible uniformity of baking. A two-section cabinet automatically maintains the required temperature and humidity in the proofer. The lining of the furnace, the baking chamber and the duct system are made of stainless steel. The heat exchanger is made of special. alloy steel. Various furnace configurations are possible: - electromechanical control panel (basic model) - digital display of baking parameters (additional option)
