Dough mixing machines of periodic operation "Standard" are used at bakeries of small and medium power and are intended for kneading dough and dough from wheat and rye flour in rolling bowls with a capacity of 330 l. The Standard machine consists of a bed fixed on a foundation plate. A drive motor is located inside the bed, and on the outside there is a worm shaft, which serves to rotate the rolling bowl. It is mounted on a three-wheeled carriage, which is rolled onto a foundation plate and secured to it using a stop and a special latch. At the same time, the gear ring available on the bowl is engaged with the worm shaft. Deja is closed by a cover. On top of the bed is a worm gear driven by an electric motor through a V-belt drive and a friction clutch. The kneading lever at the lower end has a blade, which kneads the dough in the bowl.
