Designed for manual dividing into pieces of equal weight of pre-weighed portions of dough from wheat flour of the highest and first grades in the manufacture of bakery small-piece products. The division of the test is as follows. A pre-weighed piece of dough is placed in a bowl where, when the lever is lowered, it is leveled with a press cover and cut with a knife socket into 32 pieces that are equal in volume and mass. The press cover and the knife socket are manually driven using a lever. Then the lever is lifted, removing the socket and the press cover from the bowl, the bowl is removed and the pieces of dough are laid out.
