Shock freezing is used for dishes whose planned shelf life does not exceed 60 calendar days. The meaning of blast chilling is to lower the temperature inside the product to -18C in a time not exceeding 240 minutes. The ChillStar series of cameras is a new blast chiller concept. ChillStar blast chillers / freezers are equipped with powerful thermal insulation with a thickness of 75 mm. The main innovation is the use of new electronic filling and the revolutionary system for controlling the parameters of the freezing cycle.
