The pressing process always takes place in a gentle manner, which always results in high-quality wort. Two lenticular membranes are mounted at the ends of the drum, and when they are inflated, they expand toward the center of the drum, pressing simultaneously on its entire inner surface. This provides a gentle crushing mode and the subsequent release of liquid contents. The membranes are attached using a device that makes them easy to clean and maintain. The wort is filtered through the entire inner surface and transmitted along a circular, or rather circular perforated mesh. The capacity of crushed grapes for one pressing cycle is 350-700 kg.
