A shparny vat (bartender) of the Star type WAMMA STAR 80-120 is intended for scalding of pork carcasses weighing up to 450 kg. Carcasses are scalded completely by direct immersion in water. The drum of the baking tub is divided into 8 parts, which allows you to simultaneously process 4 pork carcasses. Water temperature is regulated by an electronic controller. The scalding time of one carcass is about 4 minutes with the possibility of adjustment. The operation of the baking tub is based on the cyclical rotation of the drum, 1 cycle for about a minute.
