VDP is made of stainless steel with a sealed water sump connected to the side water jacket of the tank, heating elements built into the sump, mixer, thermal insulation and lining, and a digital temperature sensor. VDP is designed for heating, pasteurization and cooling of milk, preparation of fermented milk drinks, cheese, cottage cheese and other milk mixtures. After pasteurization, water cooling is carried out from the water supply or water-cooling installation. They have a vertically cylindrical design. There are two versions that differ in heating temperature: VDP - heating to 76 ° C; VDP-V - heating to 95 ° C.
