PHU is intended for heating, pasteurization and cooling of milk, preparation of fermented milk drinks. The pasteurization temperature of milk is up to 76 ° C. After pasteurization, water cooling is carried out from the water supply to 36 ° C. The unit automatically starts freon cooling at 36 ° C and cools the milk to 4 ° C.
