The AGILIS mini hearth furnace is a steam tube furnace with four vertically arranged baking chambers. Designed for baking bakery and flour confectionery in relatively small volumes. At large enterprises it is used as an auxiliary oven, ideal for baking hearth varieties of bread, pastry and other products like pizza, rolls, baklava and much more. The absence of air convection, the soft heat from the stone gives the bread a more intense, rich flavor and a harder crisp.
